What inspires me? It is about making a difference by:
(1) Leading change & creating growth - Over my leadership journey (international experiences in USA, New Zealand, Asia & managing global teams), I am honored to transform, grow, scale and turnaround businesses through design thinking, lean startup, customer experience, business model innovation & disruptive technologies. I’ve successfully developed & executed business transformation & go-to-market strategy for Fortune 500, multinational, SMEs & Startups across industries (e.g. Banking, Insurance, FinTech, InsurTech, Energy, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate, IT).
(2) Growing people, building high performing teams & reinvigorating ecosystem - I have a passion for developing and investing in people. I inspire my teams and create entrepreneurial & collaborative environments where people can grow. I’ve built world-class organizations & ecosystems for many companies at global, regional & country levels.
(3) Contributing to societies - I have given back to societies by sharing my knowledge. I am an adjunct scholar in Organizational Change Management at Kasetsart University & Enterprise Architecture at The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. I am also President of New Zealand Alumni Association. Furthermore, I was a Member of Ministerial Working and Advisory Committee to Minister of Finance between 2019-2020 and a Strategy Columnist for Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan)
