COVID-19 pandemic has expedited “new normal” phenomenon and introduced new ways of doing businesses for many organizations irrespective of business sizes or industries.
Organizations and businesses are either forced (by pandemic situation) or deemed (by their determination) to adapt themselves in order to rise to the new normal.
The new normal is not static and it has inevitably been evolving over time and business leaders especially CEOs need to find ways, connect the dots and anticipate what coming next.
Let’s explore what the priorities for CEOs in the next normal (cited: the recent McKinsey research) are. Post-COVID-19 certainly means we will have to adapt to live with COVID-19 forever.
